Our Dill dip has been a top flavor for over 10 years now and is always a favorite. Serve with veggies, as a topping for baked potato, or as a dill sandwich spread.
RECIPE : SAVORY DILL CHICKEN
1 packet Dill dip Mix
16 oz. sour cream
2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
4 chicken breasts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place sour cream and dip mix in bowl and mix well. Place bread crumbs in a second bowl. Dip each chicken breast in the dip/sour cream mixture and roll in the bread crumbs. Place chicken in a greased baking dish and bake for 1 hour. Enjoy!!
RECIPE; DILL-DEVILED EGGS
1 packet Dill dip mix
1 1/2 cups of Mayonnaise
2 dozen eggs
1 tablespoon mustard
Blend Dill mix and mayonnaise. Mix well and chill. Boil 2 dozen eggs and let cool. Peel the eggs and cut into half’s length wise. Remove yolk and mix yolk with prepared Dill mixture. Refill the eggs with the completed Dill mixture. Yummy!!!!
RECIPE: FLAVORFUL RICE
Bring 2 1/2 cups water to a boil. Stir in 1 cup of rice and 1/2 packet of Dill mix. Add 1 teaspoon salt to 1 tablespoon butter(optional) Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Note : Lite and no-fat ingredients may be substituted

We have outstanding olive oil dips. They are used for dipping your favorite breads or are terrific cooking/seasoning enhancements. Isn’t it a pleasure when the chef adds some seasoning to his meals. Our Grecian delight can used as an Bread/Olive Oil Dip.
FOR SALAD DRESSING: Mix package with 3 tablespoons water. Set aside for 10-15 minutes to soften.
Add 1 cup pure olive oil & let sit for 30 minutes minimum. Add 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese. Mix well. This makes a delicious Greek salad dressing.Enjoy!!!!
Optional Ideas: *Add Kalamata olives.
*Mix with hot or cold pasta.
*A topping for Tilapia

Festive Fajitas: Spicy cheese dip thats’s loaded with a southwest kick!
*1 lb beef or chicken (1/4″ strips)
*1 cup green pepper strips
*1 cup sliced onions
*1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
*1 package Pepper jack mix
Brown meat in 2 tbsp. oil. Remove from pan. Saute peppers and onions until tender. Drain. Mix, meat and vegetables. Stir in Pepper Jack seasoning mix and 1/4 cup of water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook just until heated. Serve in warmed tortillas. Top with your favorite ingredients including lettuce, grated cheese, sliced olives, sour cream, etc.

It is finally the weekend. My work never ends though as I am working on new flavor ideas.
We have a dip booth this weekend at the Daffodil Festival, Meriden, Ct. We have been doing this event for many years and enjoy the Daffodils of course. Hoping I can get a chance to work in the yard as well this weekend.The weather is gorgeous.
Recipe for making a delicious Cheesecake Pie;
It is always so difficult to choose a flavor to make a cheescake pie as there are so many Judecraft dessert mixes that are so delicious.
I will finally pick our KeyLime Pie today. Note: All flavors are made the same.
TO MAKE A CHEESECAKE:
In a large bowl add an 8 oz. softend cream cheese, 8 oz. whipped topping (Cool Whip or other) and 1 package of Keylime dessert mix.
Mix well with a hand mixer. Pour or use spatula to fill a pie shell. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Also fill fillo shells, Angel food dessert shells, cannoli’s or cream puffs. Use to dip with fruit, sweet crackers, grahams
or cookies. Frost cake, muffins,cupcakes. May be frozen.
