Chicken N’ Pasta with Brussel Sprouts in Judi’s Garlic Butter



This is an easy to make dish that is sure to please everyone. Optional: Use Broccoli instead of Brussel Sprouts

1 package of Judi’s Original Garlic Butter Blend  ( serves 2-3 )  (see package directions)

Box of Penne or Ziti pasta

1-2 cups cooked chicken

Brussel Sprouts


Olive Oil- Pure

Cook Ziti pasta and Brussel Sprouts

In a fry pan combine pasta, cut up cooked chicken and cut up cooked Brussel sprouts

Pour in as much Garlic Butter as you like.

Mix and shake on some Parmesan cheese

Enjoy!!!! This is a delicious and healthy dish.

We made this appetizer on Thanksgiving and it was a real hit.

Bacon Wrapped Scallops with Garlic Butter

  •  2 lbs scallops (cut in half if they’re very large)
  •  1 1/2 lbs regular slice bacon
  •  3/4  package Judi’s  Original Garlic Butter Blend w/ water and olive oil
  •  Bowl for garlic butter blend and scallops for marinating
  •  Toothpicks
  •  Pepper
  • Baking sheet


Make garlic butter mix, Using 3/4  package of Judi’s Original Garlic Butter Blend .Follow package directions: adding water to soften and olive oil. Put the garlic butter mixture in a bowl and marinate the scallops for an hour, mixing  the scallops into the garlic butter well. Cut bacon strips in half. Wrap a piece of bacon around each scallop;  secure bacon  with toothpick to each scallop. Arrange the wrapped scallops on a baking  sheet. sprinkle some pepper on to suite. Broil 5 inches from heat until bacon is crisp; turn over and crisp the other side. serve to friends and family and enjoy this yummy treat!!
