Judecraft Specialty Foods is pleased to announce that we have released several new /delicious gourmet dip mixes and dessert mixes.

DESSERT MIXES:
Our new  Dessert mixes are Sea Salt Caramel and Peppermint Parfait. Both are made using an 8 oz.. block of softened cream cheese and 8 oz. of whipped topping. Add 1 package of the mix and mix well in a  bowl. Fill a graham cracker pie crust for the ultimate no bake cheesecake.
As an option use cream cheese for a bagel spread or as a cheese ball. Add nuts if desired.
These desserts are also great for fruit dipping, cake icing, cannoli shell filling, parfaits, ect.

GOURMET DIP MIXES:

We have added a new Taco & Seasoning dip that is receiving rave reviews. We also have a new recipe for our Pepper Jack dip mix that is terrific. Pepper Jack dip is now the most requested dip for parties.  Our new Zesty Parmesan dip is fast becoming a top seller.

Our new Sea Salt Caramel is great tasting dessert mix.

The new Peppermint Parfait has been a long time coming. The wait was worth it, for this decadent flavor in time for the holidays.

Our new Taco dip combines the right amount of flavor and spice.

Zesty Parmesan has become very popular.

Chicken N’ Pasta with Brussel Sprouts in Judi’s Garlic Butter

DIRECTIONS:

This is an easy to make dish that is sure to please everyone. Optional: Use Broccoli instead of Brussel Sprouts

1 package of Judi’s Original Garlic Butter Blend  ( serves 2-3 )  (see package directions)

Box of Penne or Ziti pasta

1-2 cups cooked chicken

Brussel Sprouts

Water

Olive Oil- Pure

Cook Ziti pasta and Brussel Sprouts

In a fry pan combine pasta, cut up cooked chicken and cut up cooked Brussel sprouts

Pour in as much Garlic Butter as you like.

Mix and shake on some Parmesan cheese

Enjoy!!!! This is a delicious and healthy dish.

Gourmet Dip Mixes- Recipe: Cinnabun Bar Cookies

Cinnabun Bar Cookies

What could be better than the taste of Cinnabun on vanilla cookies,

graham crackers, pumpkin cookies, or sliced apples!

1 packet Cinnabun Dessert Mix

1/3 cup hot water

1/2 cup oil (or melted butter)

1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs

3/4 cup flour

1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (these are optional)

preheat over to 350 degrees. Grease an 8×8 or  9×9 baking pan. Combine Cinnabun mix with

hot water, mix with fork. Allow to sit for 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well with spoon.

Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until it springs back when lightly touched.**

** Cinnabun Cream Cheese Frosting

Mix package of Cinnabun with 3 oz. softened cream cheese.

1/2 cup softened butter or margarine

1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread on the above cooled bars.

Cinnabun Butter

Mix package of Cinnabun with softened Butter to taste.

This is an excellent Cinnamon butter for your Waffles, Bagels,

English Muffins, or Croissants.

Spinach Artichoke- Hot Hors d’ouvres

Yummy

An Elegant Pre- dinner snack

1 – package  Judecraft Spinach Artichoke Dip Mix

1- 8 oz. cream cheese

1/2 stick softened butter or margarine

1- 8oz can of crescent rolls or pastry

Cut crescents into 3 inch squares, place dip mixture in the center of each square.

Fold in half to form a triangle. Press to seal edges. Cut a slit to vent steam.

Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes

until golden brown.
