Blue Buffalo Chicken Dip –Hot Dip Appetizer
Many of our gourmet dip mixes can be made as hot dips. The following recipe is very popular.
You will need:
A package of Judi’s Blue Buffalo Dip Mix, 1-16 oz. container of sour cream, 1- 8 oz. bar of cream cheese. 1/4 cup of mayo, 2 cups of diced cooked chicken, 1 cup of diced tomatoes, 1-7 oz. can of green chilies, 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (medium sharp).
Add all ingredients in smaller crockpot, mix well. Let simmer for about one hour and then serve with Tortilla chips, bread, pretzels, pita chips or celery.
This dip is not very spicy. If you want to add some heat you can add hot sauce or your choice of crushed red peppers.
